I admit, I really love food. I eat when I'm happy. I eat when I'm depressed. I eat everytime I had a chance. Until there was a time I got really BIG! I remembered, it was during my second year in highschool. My BMI said I'm overweight! My mother, who is a nurse adviced me to lose some because it'l be hard for me to do that when I;m old. Start eating right, exercise and motivate yourself.
During the last year of my Highschool, I started to get slim. OH MY! I wish I had that same body when i was in Fourth Year Highschool. HAHAHA!
When I was in college, i got conscious about my physical appearance. Since personal appearnce is one of the most important thing in my field, I really need to take care of it.
